Policies

Booking Policy

  • A $45 deposit is required for all appointments.

  • Deposits are credited towards your procedure and are non-refundable under any circumstance. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

  • For any appointment changes, 24-hour notice is required.

  • Failure to do so will result in charge of 30% of the service scheduled.

Tardiness Policy

  • There is a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.

  • After 10 minutes, there is a $10 late fee.

  • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.

  • Cancelations due to tardiness will also result in a charge of 30% of the service scheduled.

No Call / No Show Policy

  •  You will lose the deposit and a new service fee will be required in FULL to reschedule for all appointments the first time.

  • If a no show occurs for a scheduled treatment, you will lose that session,  

  • If a second no-show occurs, you will no longer be able to book with me.
